90-Day Strategic Plan
Do you have an assistant that you would like to utilize as your executive assistant, or just hired a new EA? I will create a framework customized just for your business. During our strategy session, I will listen to your needs and create a 90-day plan for you to implement with your new EA. We will meet via Zoom for an initial meeting for me to ask questions and discover your needs, I will create your 90-Day Plan, then we will have another Zoom call with you and your EA to discuss your strategy.
If you have already found your rockstar assistant and desire to establish executive-level support allowing you to focus on the things that you need to be doing, I will help you make strategic decisions to fully leverage your assistant.
We will create a communication rhythm with your and your assistant, identify what you can hand off to your EA, create your ideal daily schedule getting you out of meetings that are not helping you scale your business, and remove the email inbox from your daily tasks.
Our goal is to empower your Executive Assistant to be your gatekeeper and calendar magician and fully utilize their abilities. We will position your EA within your team for success.

I’m caregiver to my wounded warrior, mom, entrepreneur, and advocate for military veterans and their spouses. I serve as the Elizabeth Dole Fellow for the state of Pennsylvania, the Operations Director for Operation Freelance, and the Director of Programs and Partnerships for Patriots Cove.
My husband served in the Army for over 20 years. After he was injured in Iraq, I ended my career as a business manager to become his full-time caregiver. To make some extra money working from home, I taught myself how to embroider and sew by watching YouTube videos. After several friends began to purchase my products, I opened an Etsy Shop. I created a brand that quickly become popular, and my business scaled to the top 1% on Etsy worldwide.

What started as a crafting side-gig became a six-figure business within one year of starting my business. But, I had no clue what I was doing! With twenty-five years of experience managing corporations, nonprofits, and creating my own consectutive six-figure business, I understand where you are and what you need to get you to where you want to be. In 2012, I had to pivot fast, so that I could work from home. I suddenly found myself panicked, trying to find a way to make money while caregiving for my husband after he was injured in Iraq. I built my brand from scratch; teaching myself on YouTube how to sew, create websites, and learning SEO and product photography. I found my niche, and scaled to the top 1% of Etsy and earning a six-figure income within a year.
Sounds great, right? Well, the immediate success created challenges such as a lack of a foundation and systems for my processes, outgrowing my manufacturer and having to quickly add on new production operations, and scaling without a team to support me. In short, I was overworked, burned out, and frustrated. On the outside, it looked great. But I traded my quality of life for work and everything was out of balance.
